Just saw ur facebookad down a FV-post. As U said in the introduction, its hard to start a new forum. I couldnt imagine how I would promote that shit!

Exactly. It is very hard. The worst part is starting out. Finding new members that will stick around and be active even though there isn't much activity. We have had almost 100 new guests a day for the last few days but most guests won't register if the forum looks empty. So if a few of us will stay active and get most of the boards higher posts more people will want to register. Also it's hard to advertise when you don't want to spam on Funk Volumes Facebook. I wouldn't want to annoy them but there's not many other ways to get the word out. We need people to like the links on Facebook or comment and ask them to give this place a shoutout.

Yeah u gota point. There r so many motherfuckers out there spamming bullshit, that even if someone who is into FV wouldnt imagine that this forum actually can expand to a good community. It would be cool, if FV would promote it, I guess that would be more effective AND it would seem more serious than fb-spam. But theres no other choice in the beginning and noone could expect that from FV. Though they got no official forum as I know ...

They did like one of my posts trying to promote this forum, that gave me a little hope. So maybe if it gets more active they would post something about it. I won't give up on this forum so I am excited to see far it will go, especially since there is no official forum or unofficial.
